Statement Of Faith

Section 1:  THE BIBLE

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired Word of God (2Tim 3:16-17). We hold the Bible to be inerrant in the original writings, infallible, God breathed, and the complete and final authority for faith and practice (2Tim 3:16-17). The Holy Spirit was the divine author of Scripture (2Pet 1:21). While still using the individual personalities of the human authors, the Holy Spirit superintended them to insure that they wrote precisely what he wanted written, without error or omission.

History of Calvary Chapel Okanogan Valley

Okanogan ValleyThe History of Calvary Chapel Okanogan Valley began in 2001. When Pastor Ken and His wife Sabrina and were serving at Calvary Chapel Eastside in Bellevue, WA, working with the Jr. High youth group. Sharing the word of God and seeing the hearts of the youth grow in the Lord gave Pastor Ken a passion for teaching the word of God. Feeling called to the Omak area. He and His wife and that time three children left Bellevue, Washington and moved to Omak, Washington. Shortly after moving they started a bible study in their home and on Easter Sunday 2002 we had our first Church service. Currently our Church is located at 101 4th Ave W in Omak, WA.
